how it works.

week one: immersion week.

this is where we set you up properly, so you’re not spending week three thinking, “wait… what am i meant to be doing?”

you’re placed into your group, introduced to everyone, and shown how to get the best results, including:

  • meal plans, recipes, and planners.
  • useful apps and simple tracking tips.
  • a “get in the mood” video (yes, it’s a thing).
  • the support structure that stops you disappearing quietly.

weeks two to eight: the reset.

you’ve spent the first week getting to know your group and the programme.  now the fun starts.

every week you get:

  • 3 x 20-minute workouts – do them when it suits you.
  • a weekly mindset article – because your brain needs coaching too.
  • support + accountability – the kind that actually helps, not the kind that shames.
  • meal plans with recipes are released every 4 weeks.

questions we know you already have.

do i have to be fit already?

no. if you have a body, you qualify. it doesn't matter if you've never exercised before, we meet you where you are. all our workouts have beginners, intermediate and fitness lover instructions.

how long are the workouts?

just twenty short minutes. three times per week. we create workouts that fit into your day so you''re not panicking about how you'll fit it into your busy day. an episode of coronation street is longer, and . if you can make time for that, you can make time to work out.

do i need access to a gym?

no you don't. our programmes are built for real life, not gym-floor intimidation. we give you the workout, you choose where you want to do it. you usually get 3 days to complete it too. we can't be fairer than that.

what equipment do i need?

if you are doing elev8 + accentu8 you will need access to the following: battle ropes | light weights | trainers. if you are doing regener8 you will need access to the following: a couple of sets of weights | a yoga mat | trainers.

when do meal plans get released?

meal plans are released every four weeks, with recipes included. no sad salads. no flavourless punishment. we also treat you with specials throughout the programme.

will you just leave me to figure it out myself?

absolutely not. once you’re placed into your group, you are supported throughout, and guided properly. from week one your coach is with you every step of the way. think structure, not chaos. encouragement, not judgement.

when is the next cycle?

you can find details of the next cycle here. all cycles are 8 weeks cycles starting with immersion week, all we ask is you join at the beginning of the cycle. we don’t allow participants into the group once we start as it disrupts the others.

how much is it?

the price of the programme varies based on the programme you choose. The cost of elev8 and regener8 is £120 for the full cycle and £100 for accentu8 (no meal plans are included).

a great programme for both beginners and those familiar with exercise. the recipes are so tasty and really easy to follow. the coaches are encouraging but will always give you feedback and tips to get the best out of your workout, shows they’re always checking your progress. the weekly pictures are confidential but keep you accountable. loved it.

it's just a really great program. if you put the work in, you get the results. It's very personal - you can reach out to the coaches at any time, they're super helpful and know their stuff! very well balanced, yummy food and exercise and the best thing is the community of ladies who all support one another on what is genuinely a fabulous programme!

transform8 is a game changer.

exercise, community, meal plans and support that guides you through week by week. but most of all? it doesn’t feel like I’m following a diet. the meals are clean but full of flavour, spices and everyday ingredients that people have in their pantries and enjoy on a regular day. no cravings for anything as it’s all in there…maybe the odd latte here and there.

it’s short, sharp & full of support.

workouts I can fit in around my everyday life, just 20 short mins... the participants and coaches are great. there were days i'd struggle but there was always someone there to encourage and motivate me. the recipes inspire you try food you'd never usually eat. it has definitely given me the push I was looking for. I feel great.
