- transform8 – information and links directing you to the transform8 website (no purchases are taken here for transform8).
- doyenne – leadership development offerings, including purchases for individuals made through this website.

to purchase on this website, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity on your account.

6. purchases, pricing & checkout
when you buy from this website:
- prices are shown in gbp unless stated otherwise.

- a contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, or a technical pricing error.
7. payments, klarna & clearpay
payments are processed via woocommerce and third-party payment providers.
klarna and clearpay may be offered at checkout as instalment options. availability and eligibility are determined by the provider, and their terms apply. we are not responsible for their credit decisions, fees, or repayment administration.

9. doyenne purchases (individuals)
doyenne offers may include:
- doyenne 9-week cohort – 9 in-person modules, 2.5 hours each, including the leadership profile blueprint.
- leadership profile blueprint – available as a standalone purchase where offered
individuals have fixed start dates which will be published online. organisations receive tailored delivery for their cohort under separate contracting.
you agree to behave respectfully in any in-person environment. we may remove participants for serious misconduct, harassment, or disruption. in that case, refunds are handled in line with our refunds and returns policy and applicable law.
10. community standards
for any cohort or in-person programme, you agree to:
- treat others with respect, no bullying or harassment.
- keep participant information confidential, including personal stories shared in sessions.
- attend weekly sessions at the specified day and time, or notify us if you cannot attend.
11. organisations & invoicing
doyenne organisational programmes and the female collective organisational framework are contracted and invoiced separately, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
any organisational-only policy framework and related materials are provided only to organisational clients under those separate terms.
standard payment schedule (organisations)
- 50% due on signing to secure delivery dates.
- 40% due 5 working days before programme start (or before the first scheduled session).
- 10% due net 14 from programme completion.
delivery dates are confirmed only once the initial 50% payment has cleared. delivery will not commence until the 50% and 40% payments have been received. late payment may result in delivery being paused until payment is received.
12. customer support & complaints
we aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours on working days.
if you have a complaint, email weare@thefemalecollective.group and we will handle it through our internal process.
13. refunds, the module 1 commitment, & blueprint credit
refund terms for purchases made on this website are set out in our uk refunds and returns policy, including:
- the module 1 satisfaction commitment for doyenne programme purchases.
- the leadership profile blueprint credit toward doyenne where you join within 30 days.
- book returns and exceptions (including signed or personalised items).
where there is any conflict between these terms and the refunds and returns policy, the refunds and returns policy will apply to refunds, returns, and credits.
14. intellectual property
all content on this website, including course materials, downloads, and written content, is owned by the female collective ltd or licensed to us.
you may not copy, resell, republish, or distribute our materials without written permission.

you agree not to:
- misuse the site or try to gain unauthorised access.
- upload harmful code.
